Avanti Garlic Press and Slicer is constructed of cast aluminum. With a dual chamber design, simply insert the whole clover, skin and all, into one of the chambers and press down to achieve the desired results. One chamber produces crushed garlic paste for use in recipes, while the other produces thin 2 mm slices.
