In this role, you will need to:

  • Connect and understand the unique brands we offer our customers in all the departments we offer.
  • Customer service that goes above and beyond to ensure our customers return.
  • Build and maintain a genuine bond with your staff to help them grow and develop.

  • Highly experienced in stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Experience with managing rosters and general administration.
  • Availability to work alternate weekends/public holidays.


What you'll bring to the role?

You will need:

  • Experience in a similar role (2-3 years), in large format retail, as Department Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant Manager.
  • Be a natural communicator and be comfortable managing people.
  • Have a great track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Be an empathetic leader who gets a kick out of seeing your team & store thrive.
  • Deliver our customers an outstanding experience.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop all team members.
  • Ensure your store maintains visual merchandising standards.
